Tales From The Wasteland A Post-Apocalyptic Improvised Comedy

‘At once gritty and oddly endearing’ Bristol 24/7
What is this?

If the world was ending, what’s the one thing you’d want to survive?

Tales From The Wasteland is an improvised post-apocalyptic adventure comedy. Our twisted and talented cast of wastelanders take a single suggestion from you and craft an entire narrative show — with no pre-prepared characters, story or dialogue.

Join us as we explore a new world and find out what’s left over after Earth’s devastation. Expect raiders, mutants and violence over scarce resources in an absurd dark comedy inspired by classics of the genre: Mad Max, The Last of Us and Fallout.

    How it works

No script. No plan. No survivors.

    01

    You suggest

Before the show you tell us the one thing you’d want to survive the apocalypse. Noise-cancelling headphones. Japanese toilets. Ballroom dancing. All real answers.

    02

    We build a world

One suggestion is pulled at random and the cast spin it into a full narrative adventure — characters, factions, villains and all — entirely on the spot.

    03

    Nobody is safe

Two hours (with an interval) of raiders, mutants, dodgy accents and questionable decisions. Every show is a one-off. You’ll never see it again.
